The Renewable Energy Business Development Initiative intends to help develop many NEW biomass, hydro power and solar system installation & maintenance businesses. Equity Pact will also be developing microgrids on all of our projects so it is crucial that our members develop the skills to install and maintain these systems.

Equity Pact will also be working closely with SOLhelp to establish a dynamic market for our members.

Integration with the SOLhelp Initiative

The SOLhelp Initiative offers impoverished EQx members a way to own a share of the energy transition. The SOLhelp Initiative also aims to train EQx members to learn how to install Biomass Energy Systems, Hydro Power, Solar Systems, etc. Most of the EQx workers with technical knowledge and on the job experience will become installation artisans working for / or owning a renewable energy business.

Bioregional Co-operative Shareholding

The minimum qualifications that a participant (shareholder) needs to have achieved to become a business owner (Renewable Energy Business) is the Foundation Holistic Design Certificate in Developing Resilient Energy & EcoBuilding Systems
